Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) sets the stage for success
Our Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process brings our in-house subject matter experts and third-party experts into the design planning phase. Incorporating engineering, pre-fabrication, logistics, quality control, and construction early on allows us to provide assurance that your assumptions and budgets are realistic and achievable.
ECI gives you and our Construction Team more control over the entire project – from the conceptual stage to completion – leading to:

Foundation for success
By performing site evaluation, testing and analysis, we can plan and build a structure that will be resistant to settlement, soil movement, drainage, and other structural challenges. Our soil stabilization solutions are customized for Gulf Coast conditions where low- or zero-strength soils pose a significant challenge to conventional site preparation.
Equipped to perform
We own and maintain a large fleet of heavy machinery for rapid deployment in support of our direct hire work, including specialized drilling, cutting, and demolition equipment. In addition, our strong Gulf Coast presence and vendor relationships ensure that we have immediate access to any specialty equipment your project may require.
Reducing our carbon footprint
We are actively involved in reducing our carbon footprint through utilization of Tier 4 equipment, spill containment systems, and active monitoring of our work activities to ensure the control and proper disposal of any waste by-products produced by our activities.
