Christian E. Simonson

President

As President of Bo-Mac, Chris is responsible for maintaining a productive and safe work environment for all employees through ensuring compliance with various guidelines and principles and creating, approving and implementing strategies, policies, procedures, and organizational structure to meet those goals.

Prior to joining Bo-Mac in 2019, Chris has been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years, most recently as President of Zalk Josephs Fabricators, a premier steel fabricator in the upper Midwest and sister company to Bo-Mac.

Ronald W. Harris

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Ronny is a Certified Public Accountant who joined Bo-Mac Contractors as Controller in 1994 and was named Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 2006.

Ronny is accountable for the financial operations of the company including the development of a financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Ronny began his career as an accountant for various institutions. Prior to joining Bo-Mac, he was a senior auditor at Cook Shaver Parker & Williams.

Ronny earned his Bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Lamar University.

Dan R. Brown

Vice President, Business Development, Piling and Marine Divisions

Dan helps clients make strategic decisions about pile types, construction techniques, and other factors that influence success. He works with geotechnical firms and other sources to forecast projects and provides start-up management for some of Bo-Mac’s major piling projects.

Dan joined Bo-Mac Contractors in 1982. He was the company’s chief estimator and project manager until 1997, when he became vice president and piling division manager. He served in that role until 2011.

Robert “Lynn” Johnson, Jr.

Executive Vice President, General Manager, Piling and Marine Divisions

A 38-year industry veteran – most of that time with Bo-Mac Contractors – Lynn plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises the company’s piling and marine project operations. Under his direction, final products exceed client performance and quality expectations, and are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Lynn originally joined Bo-Mac Contractors in 1978. After a brief stint with MidGulf, he returned to Bo-Mac in 1989 as manager of the marine division in 1989. He became head of the piling division in 2007 and was named to his current position in 2011.

Lynn is a member of the Pile Driving Contractors Association.

Leah D. Hebert

Contract Manager

As contract manager, Leah oversees contracts through their lifecycle, from negotiation to close-out, extension, or renewal. That includes contract monitoring, dispute resolution, coordination of contractual insurance requirements, and training in contracting practices and procedures.

Leah joined Bo-Mac Contractors in 2012. Prior to that she was an associate with the Beaumont law firm, Sheldon, Dunham & Edwardson, L.L.P. Leah, who earned her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi School of Law, is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Leah is a graduate of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Pat Cook

Director of Safety & Human Resources

Pat is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) responsible for safety, risk management, loss control, training, safety analysis, and regulatory compliance. He has expertise in OSHA VPP management systems, root cause investigation, and team building, and has created comprehensive safety and health programs to reduce occupational injuries and financial losses.

Before joining Bo-Mac Contractors in 2010, Pat held safety and compliance positions for well-known companies, including Protherm Services Group LLC, Mobley Industrial Services, and The Brock Group.

Gary Cobb

Manager, Civil Group

Dustin Talley

New Orleans Area Manager

View Bio

As New Orleans Area Manager, Dustin is responsible for Bo-Mac’s piling and marine operations in the Greater New Orleans, Mississippi River and Eastern Gulf Coast regions.

Dustin joined Bo-Mac in 2003. Since then, he has overseen projects for some of the best-known petrochemical, LNG and refinery facilities in the Gulf Coast. His experience in the field as a superintendent and project manager helped him develop the knowledge essential to his current position.
